Tips and tricks

The wax:  it should not become too hot, so an electrically heatable preserving pot (15 litres) with thermostat (temperature approx. 75 - 80 °C) is best suitable

Another tip:  You can change the thickness of the wax plates by turning the adjusting screws at the hinges.
